Break-ins continue

A car break-in allegedly took place between the hours of 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on March 12, according to Chief of Campus Safety Jim Rudy

The victim locked her car in the Art Center Parking Lot and when she returned, she noticed that someone had broken into her car.

“Nothing was stolen out of the main part of her car, but they broke into the trunk and she said they took her backpack, lunch, and iPad.” Rudy said. The distance of the video footage was not able to capture the incident.

Upside down world

Between March 10 and 16, the football stadium’s press box was vandalized, according to Rudy.

There were “chairs and stools that were stuck into the drywall,” Rudy said.

A vandalism report was taken and a report was filed with the Costa Mesa Police Department

Rudy said video didn’t capture the incident.
